Nicolas helped us with 3 transactions in a very short period of time: selling two condos and buying a new property. No easy feat to get all the dates to line up, but he made it happen! He’s understanding, and works in the best interest of his clients, and also keeps his word. These traits are very important! He made what could have been an extremely stressful experience manageable, and at times, even pleasant!
